Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
At Atulyam Health, discretion is the foundation of everything we do. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. This is a template for your review — please have it checked by a qualified legal advisor before you go live.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone and the plan you choose.
- Health information — details you share with us or your clinicians to coordinate care.
- Usage & payment — how you use the service and records of transactions and Atulyam Points.
How we use it
- To coordinate your care, appointments, medications and second opinions.
- To operate the Atulyam Points programme and your membership.
- To keep you informed and to improve our service.
How we protect it
Your information is treated as strictly confidential. Access is limited to your care team, records are encrypted, and we never sell your data. Medication deliveries arrive in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral billing descriptor.
Sharing
We share information only with the hospitals, clinicians and partners needed to deliver the care you request, and where required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your information, and opt out of non-essential communications, at any time by contacting your health manager.
