Yes. That is one of the main reasons families join. Their health manager arranges their doctor visits, tests at home, medicines and hospital care, and keeps you informed on WhatsApp, so you know what is happening without having to be there.
No. They can simply call or WhatsApp their health manager, or you can do it for them. Reports and prescriptions come to the account, and we can send them to you as well.
Blood samples are collected at home, and vaccines are given at home by a qualified doctor or nurse. Consultations are online by video or audio, or in person with a specialist we arrange in Gurugram, and we help with getting there.
The Family membership covers up to 4 people for ₹5,999 a year, with one pooled Atulyam Points balance. The Essential membership for one person is ₹2,499 a year, free for the first year if you join by 31 December 2026. Consultations, tests and medicines are paid as used, and every price is confirmed first.
Yes. When a doctor advises a procedure, we get estimates from hospitals in Gurugram, go through them with you side by side, coordinate the admission and stay in touch through the discharge.
Call 112 first, or 102 for an ambulance. Then message us, and we help coordinate with the hospital. Atulyam Health is not an emergency service.
