Where we deliver

Gurugram, Haryana. If you are outside Gurugram, tell your health manager before you order and we will say honestly whether we can reach you.

Who delivers your medicines

Your order is dispensed and delivered by a licensed pharmacy in Gurugram, under its own drug licences and by its registered pharmacist, against your prescription. The pharmacy is the seller and issues the invoice in your name.

How long it takes

• Medicines held in stock: usually the same working day or the next, once a registered doctor has reviewed the prescription.
• Medicines that must be sourced: we tell you the expected date before you pay, not after.
• Anything needing cold storage is arranged separately so it reaches you in condition, and your health manager will explain the timing.

Orders are not dispatched without a valid prescription. If a prescription is missing or unclear, we will come back to you rather than guess.

Delivery charges

There is no separate delivery charge within Gurugram. You pay for the medicines and nothing else.

Packaging

Mental health and sexual health treatments arrive in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside to say what is inside or who sent it. Everything else arrives in its usual packaging, on purpose, so you can check that what you received is what was prescribed.

If you are not at home

The delivery will be attempted again at a time you choose. Nothing is left with a neighbour or in a lobby unless you have asked us to.

Blood samples and scans

Blood samples are collected at your home at a slot you choose. Scans are booked at a partner centre and you attend in person; we tell you where, when and what to bring. Reports come back to your Atulyam record so you and your doctor can see them in one place.

Tracking your order

Your health manager tells you when your order is dispatched and when it is delivered, and the same updates appear on your consultation or order page when you sign in.

Something wrong with a delivery

Tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it. See the cancellation and refund policy.
